Zell Agbaosi

Zell Agbaosi is an associate attorney at Manasserian Law, APC. Zell has played a pivotal role in negotiating contract disputes, drafting settlement agreements, and enforcing judgments against high-net-worth defendants. Zell has a background in a wide area of legal practices including immigration, family and divorce law, copyright litigation, and business litigation.

Zell obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School with a concentration in Entertainment & Media Law Transactional. He served as the Chief Note and Comment Editor of the Loyola Entertainment Law Review. He also attended the Nanterre University in Paris studying European Union Law and Comparative French American Labor Law.

Zell also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California Los Angeles. He also regularly volunteers for the National Society of Entertainment and Arts Lawyers (NSEAL), aiding and advocating for artists.

Zell is a dedicated and dynamic attorney known for strategic thinking, persuasive advocacy, and a deep commitment to justice. Zell brings a multidisciplinary perspective to legal practice, drawing on experience in litigation, policy research, and community engagement.

Outside of the office, Zell is a fiction writer and passionate about fitness including tennis, camping, traveling, and weightlifting. He especially enjoys animated feature films such as Spider-Man: Into the Spider Verse, Princess Mononoke, and Inside Out.
